\nWe have a very similar legal issue as the Lehnhardt Foundation.<\/p>\n
There is a contract between us and NCMCC which is the basis for\u00a0the two GIZ projects (funded by the German government).\u00a0Project leaders from NCMCC are Dr. Shirin Zhumabaeva (CI) and\u00a0Dr. Munar Beishenova (NHS) \u2013 however, there is no support from\u00a0Dr. Gulzat Maimerova and we are missing a contact person who manages\u00a0these projects in NCMCC. This has a somewhat negative effect on the\u00a0progress of both projects.<\/p>\n
In view of the allegation by MED-EL that the quality of the rehabilitation\u00a0by the IAHRS experts is insufficient and that consequently poor results are achieved,\u00a0we will introduce an online monitoring \/ evaluation system in the shortest possible time.\u00a0This will include not only the 22 children implanted by you last year but also our\u00a055 prot\u00e9g\u00e9s who received their CI with the support of German donors and who\u00a0were operated by Prof. V. Fedoseev, Prof. Tino Just et al.<\/p>\n
We would also like to offer this online evaluation system to Dr. Khalid so that he could\u00a0implement evaluation sessions of your prot\u00e9g\u00e9s together with Dr. Shirin.<\/p>\n
